ISO 9001:2015

On 8 July 2016 Sovereign Global Group successfully attained the new 2015 version of the renowned ISO 9001 Certified Quality Management System standard.

Having previously been certificated with the old ISO 9001:2008 standard since 2014, the new standard is awarded to those companies who successfully manage the risks affecting all areas of their business, including the risks that could affect other ‘interested parties’ such as clients, suppliers, employees, authorities and shareholders. Once a significant risk has been identified, preventative action or ‘control measures’ are implemented to avoid the risk, or if this is not possible, reduce the effect of the risk to as low as practicably possible.

Analysing our business to identify the risks involved also allows us to identify opportunities for improvement, improvement that we can ultimately pass onto our customers and other interested parties in the form of improved products and services, efficiency and cost.

If you have any questions on our Quality Policy, or regarding this new standard, please don’t hesitate to contact our HSEQ Manager, Chris Bowen, email: cbowen@so-global.com .
